voodoo 0 Posted October 6, 2008 I read somwhere yesterday that problems with win32k.sys can occure if some of the following hardwares are "sharing" IRQs: VGA, soundblaster and Networking card. Each of the components above must be assigned with a unique IRQ, but this isn't easy in XP when the OS doesn't really differ from conflicts/sharing. Possible solutions is to adjust your BIOS settings if you can control some of the IRQs there. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
